Called Jesse due to siting of carpenter bees at a condominium residence with 16 units. Jesse went out the same day I called and inspected the area. Informed us that because the building was painted the building and cause damage. He said we could use bee traps by the fence to capture them if we wanted. Appreciated that he was honest and not just trying to get our business.

We called JP Pest Control for help with an ant problem. They were able to fit us in and came out the same day. Jesse explained exactly what he would do and quoted us what we thought was a fair price. He treated with both chemical spray and gel bait. We were not there at the time that the houses were treated so jesse sent us pictures of the products used. Very professional and easy to deal with. We'd definitely use JP Pest Control again!

Jesse was excellent. He went above and beyond any other pest person I used. He didn't try to upsell anything. He pricing was fair. I needed him to come out last minute and he did and took care of the pat control 2 days after like he said he would. He showed up on time. The best part is I didn't have to be there and he took care of the spraying and ant baiting.

He even will follow up in a week to make sure all the ants are finally gone. These ants have been at the property forever and tenants were not happy about them being there.

I am looking forward to working with him as he's my new pest guy for the forceable future.
